Stained, thick, bulky and peeling caulking will make any shower feel dirty. Acrylic, silicone, and latex caulk seem to be a quick and effective solution; However, they pose significant performance problems.

In dry settings, they eventually dry up, peel and crack.
In wet settings, when exposed to ongoing moisture, they tend to re-emulsify, soften, peel and mildew.

Not a membrane or Coating – Will Never Peel

Our Solution was developed to improve the coefficient of friction on areas that are, dangerously, slippery when wet. This treatment is excellent for shower floors, bathroom floors, porcelain bathtubs, lobby areas, public restrooms, exterior tiled areas, locker rooms, pool areas and any area that safety from slipping is a concern.

Slip-Resistance works by creating microscopic pores on the treated surface. These pores are invisible to the human eye and will create a vacuum, or suction effect when wet; thereby reducing the risk of slip and fall injuries.

Slip and falls are the leading cause of injury in hotels and resorts today. Over time, the anti-slip texture patterns manufactured into the bottom of hotel bathtubs and/or showers will become ineffective.
